Our journeys: mentorship and learning experiences

Anna’s parents orginate from Southern Italy, a place she has always dreamt of visiting. The Mentor Exchange allowed Anna to discover her roots, while sharing her work expertise with local high school students in her parents’ home town.
Matteo returned to his hometown university and shared his successful career journey and offered valuable insights. Students collaborated with Matteo on real-world business challenges, gained insights into their post-university careers, and received mentorship from him on life beyond their hometown.
Michelle, an HR professional at a tech company, faced employee engagement challenges due to remote work. The Mentor Exchange partnered with Michelle to offer their employees the opportunity to travel, retain their jobs, and mentor in a city of their choice.
